Production Process
From mould to delivery
Every unit passes through the same four stages before it leaves our yard.

Mould Preparation
Steel moulds are cleaned, coated with release agent and fitted with the specified mesh or reinforcement before casting.

Concrete Casting
Concrete is placed into the moulds and compacted to remove air pockets, giving a dense, strong unit.

Curing & Finishing
Units are protected while they cure and gain strength. Edges and surfaces are then finished as required.
04
Inspection & Handling
Each unit is checked for size and finish, then lifted by gantry crane, stacked in the yard and prepared for delivery.
